David opens with the weekly update in Southern Venture and then interviews Tom Eisenmann. He's a professor at Harvard Business School focused on entrepreneurship and authored the book Why Startups Fail.
David previously interviewed him for E60 and today is talking about what founders and investors can do to proactively reduce the risk of failure and discuss the opportunities for AI to help founders and investors. He outlines the HBS Foundry effort for AI education for founders as well as MIT's Orbit, another AI tool for founders. (interview recorded 1.21.25)
