S4:E172 The Weekly Update and then Paul Interviews MPath Cofounder and CEO Dr. Dave Miller. MPath is an EMR enabled SaaS platform that identifies individuals who need a preventive care service, provides them personalized education and connects them to needed preventive care. Next week we have a special guest, Senate Banking Committee Chief Counsel Ammon Simon, who will answer questions about proposed legislation to reform the accredited investor definition. Paul and I will also be briefly discussing the regulation of Startup Funds and some of the specifics about the RollingSouth ATDC Fund as a tool for startup investing. (interview recorded 4.24.25)
